I am a poster presenter at B.R.I.D.G.E.S, what time should I be there?

Thank you for submitting a poster for presentation! Poster submitter check-in begins at 9:30 am and ends 12:30 pm. If you have not already requested that your poster be printed and are instead opting to print it yourself, please bring your poster with you to the presenter's lunch in Ballroom A at 12:00 pm. 

I want to present my poster at B.R.I.D.G.E.S but I missed the deadline, can I still submit?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late submissions. However, we'd love for you to join us at B.R.I.D.G.E.S and see other graduate student works. We're also looking to host B.R.I.D.G.E.S again next year!

Oh no! I just realized I can't stay next to my poster the entire session. What should I do?
